As you can see from our refund policy below, we are not able to refund your labels.
Whilst the look of the nametags on screen is as close as possible to the actual look, it is not possible to duplicate the exact look of the nametags. This is mainly to do with differences in how computers display graphics. The name tag display does not constitute a part of the order contract between My Nametags and yourself.

My Nametags Ltd adheres to The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which states that consumers have a right to cancel after purchasing goods.
However, according to 13 (1) (c) of these regulations, "the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts - for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised"
What this means to you
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we can not give you a refund if we deliver the order as you have put it on the internet.
